Apple Wants Fed. Circ. Review Of ITC's Samsung Ban

Law360, San Francisco (October 16, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. is appealing the U.S. International Trade Commission's August ruling that banned imports of some Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. smartphones found to infringe Apple patents, according to documents Apple filed with the Federal Circuit last week.
