NAD Asks Supplement Maker To Ax Clinical Claims

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- The National Advertising Division has recommended that Maximum Human Performance LLC stop claiming that its muscle building supplement MYO-X Myostatin Inhibitor has been scientifically or clinically proven to suppress the protein myostatin to increase muscle growth, the advertising industry regulator said Wednesday.
