Quicksilver, DC Shoes Sue US Over Gender-Biased Tariffs

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 8:48 PM EDT) -- Quiksilver Inc. and DC Shoe Co. hit the federal government with respective suits in the Court of International Trade Wednesday to contest tariffs imposed by Customs and Border Protection that they claim were levied unfairly as a result of gender discrimination.
