Trade Group Seeks Some TPP Footwear, Apparel Protections

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 2:18 PM EDT) -- An outdoor equipment industry group said Thursday that the U.S. should push to maintain trade protections on certain apparel and footwear in the Trans-Pacific Partnership, but that tariffs on other products should be immediately phased out.
