Regulator Orders Becton, Rival To Tone Down Device Claims

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- An advertising industry self-regulator on Wednesday handed medical device rivals Becton Dickinson & Co. and ICU Medical Inc. each a partial victory in dueling challenges to the other’s advertising for products used to safely handle and transfer hazardous drugs.
