Bracewell Pushes For Arbitration In $13M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (November 6, 2013, 7:22 PM EST) -- Bracewell & Giuliani LLP told a Pennsylvania federal judge Wednesday that a dispute over whether a husband and wife pursuing a $12.5 million malpractice claim against the firm could both be considered bona fide clients did not block the case from being sent to arbitration.
