Couple Fights Arbitration In Bracewell Malpractice Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 18, 2013, 1:57 PM EDT) -- A couple suing Bracewell & Giuliani LLP for malpractice over the firm's alleged failure to recover $12.5 million lost in a botched investment deal told a Pennsylvania federal judge last week that a dispute over one plaintiff’s status as a client should block the case from being arbitrated.
