Panasonic UK Resolves Probe On Stolen-Laptop Data Breach

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 9:36 PM EDT) -- Panasonic U.K. has agreed to strengthen its data security policies, including its contract terms with third parties, following a U.K. privacy watchdog's probe into the theft of an unencrypted laptop containing information about guests at Panasonic events, the regulator said Thursday.
