Lawmakers Want EPA Science Advisers In On CWA Revamp

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- Two Republicans on the House Science Committee on Friday called on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to put the brakes on rulemaking widely expected to expand the agency’s Clean Water Act jurisdiction to cover wetlands, streams and other bodies pending input from outside science advisers.
