Law360, Houston (October 21, 2013, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge accused of sending text messages from the bench to help prosecutors build their case during the trial of a man accused of injuring a child has agreed to resign to avoid disciplinary action, the State Commission on Judicial Conduct revealed Monday.
