Obama Names New Chief For Federal Claims Bench

Law360, Washington (October 21, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has designated U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Patricia E. Campbell-Smith as the court's new chief judge following the expiration of the current chief judge Emily C. Hewitt's term on the court, the White House announced Monday.
