Oilfield Co. Must Pay Atty Fee Award, Appeals Court Rules

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday largely upheld a six-figure attorneys’ fee award against oilfield service company Sentinel Integrity Solutions Inc. rendered after it failed to enforce an overly broad noncompete agreement in a former worker’s employment contract.
