EEOC Strikes Deal With Staffing Co. Over Bias Claims

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 8:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Tuesday it struck a $920,000 settlement with Sedona Staffing and the Sedona Group to resolve discrimination claims accusing the staffing firm of classifying and failing to refer job applicants based on protected characteristics like color and age.
