Genetics Testing Co. Seeks Out Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 6:17 PM EDT) -- Natural Molecular Testing Corp., a provider of genetics testing services and resources, entered Chapter 11 protection in Washington state Monday, boasting assets of up to $500 million.

Based in Renton, Wash., the privately held company listed between $100 million and $500 million in assets, and between $10 million and $50 million in liabilities on its voluntary bankruptcy petition.
