Pa. Rule Of Evidence Doesn't Limit Uninsured Motorists

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- On Oct. 15, 2013, in the case of Stepanovich v. McGraw and State Farm Ins. Co., a three-judge panel of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania concluded that Pennsylvania Rule of Evidence 411 does not prohibit the identification of uninsured or underinsured motorist insurance carriers as defendants at trial.
