Dominion Settles Suit Over Mass. Plant Pollution

Law360, Los Angeles (October 22, 2013, 5:56 PM EDT) -- A Dominion Energy unit has settled with environmental groups who accused the company of violating the Clean Air Act at one of New England’s largest fossil fuel-powered stations by not meeting standards for acid rain and carbon dioxide monitoring, according to a motion filed Tuesday in Massachusetts federal court.
