Rabobank To Pay $1B To US, UK In Libor Probe

Law360, Los Angeles (October 22, 2013, 9:14 PM EDT) -- Rabobank Groep NV, a financial services firm based in Holland, will pay nearly $1 billion as early as next week to settle an investigation by U.S. and U.K. authorities into the company’s alleged collusion related to interbank interest rates, according to news reports Tuesday.
