Stroock & Stroock Picks Up CFIUS Expert From Treasury

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 6:43 PM EDT) -- Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP on Monday announced that Anne Salladin, a former senior counsel with the U.S. Department of the Treasury who advised the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, is joining the firm as special counsel in its Washington, D.C., office.
