CarePlus Can't Arbitrate Fla. Medical Center Contract Dispute

Law360, Miami (October 23, 2013, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's ruling denying CarePlus Health Plans Inc.'s move to compel arbitration in a dispute with a South Florida-based medical center group over a contract to treat CarePlus' Medicare customers.
