Law360, Dallas (October 23, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- An ExxonMobil Corp. subsidiary is facing a nearly $650,000 civil penalty after a division of the U.S. Department of the Interior claimed the company delayed turning over records in an audit related to oil and gas leases on federal land in Kansas, the agency announced Tuesday.
