Couples Blast Corbett's Dismissal Bid In Gay Marriage Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 23, 2013, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs challenging a Pennsylvania law banning same-sex marriage on Monday blasted a bid by Gov. Tom Corbett to dismiss their lawsuit by arguing that a 1972 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that found that states had broad latitude to define marital relationships no longer had bearing on the dispute.
