DuPont Vows To Appeal $196M Pollution Ruling

Law360 (February 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Lashing out at a circuit court's Monday decision upholding $196.2 million in punitive damages in a class action pollution case, E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. said Tuesday it plans to appeal the ruling to West Virginia's highest court.
