Investment Pact Must Open China's Market: EU Trade Chief

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 3:12 PM EDT) -- The European Union's trade commissioner said Thursday that a potential investment agreement between the EU and China must include investment protections and afford European investors greater access to the Chinese market.
