SEC's 2013 Enforcement Stats Driven By Throwaway Cases

Law360, Los Angeles (October 25, 2013, 7:32 PM EDT) -- More than half of the cases filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission so far this year are administrative cases that piggybacked on earlier actions or delinquent filer actions, according to a new report released Friday by Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC.
