DC Circ. Won't Rehear Fight Over EPA Sewage Incinerator Rule

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Thursday shot down an environmental group's request to reconsider a decision on federal emissions limits for sewage sludge incinerators, which found that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency had to reconsider the rule but did not explicitly call for tougher standards.
