CMS Finalizes ACA Insurance Exchange Oversight Rule

Law360, Washington (October 24, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Thursday finalized its financial integrity and oversight standards for insurance exchanges, insurers operating on federally run exchanges and state risk adjustment and reinsurance programs under the Affordable Care Act, making a number of tweaks to its initial proposal.
