New Bankruptcy Fee Guidelines Won't Hurt Attys' Paydays

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Bankruptcy cases involving more than $50 million in debt will be subject to stricter attorneys' fee guidelines for the first time in 17 years beginning Friday, but experts say they expect attorneys working on big-ticket insolvencies will still find ways to rake in the big bucks.
