Jack Daniel's Accuses Whiskey Rival Of Aping Bottle Design

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- The owner of the Jack Daniel's trademarks has accused a Tennessee-based distillery of copying its iconic bottle and label designs for the distillery's unaged rye whiskey, hitting the company with an infringement complaint in Tennessee federal court last week.
