US-Mexico Natural Gas Line Wins Initial Nod From FERC

Law360, Los Angeles (October 25, 2013, 9:43 PM EDT) -- A proposed 60-mile natural gas pipeline on the Arizona-Mexico border would have some adverse environment impacts, the Federal Energy Regulation Commission announced Friday in a draft environmental impact statement giving the pipeline tentative approval, but FERC proposals could bring that down to “less-than-significant levels.”
