Ex-McAfee Exec To Lodge Arbitration Claims

Law360, New York (February 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former McAfee Inc. executive plans to square off with the computer security company before an arbitrator over his claims that McAfee didn't honor his employment contract and committed “additional wrongful acts” connected to the expiration of his stock options.

McAfee filed a Form 10-K on Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission saying that the former executive — who isn't referred to by name — notified the company of his intent to seek arbitration in February.
