Pitt Medical Center's Tax Suit Delayed Pending State Case

Law360, Philadelphia (October 28, 2013, 4:09 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday said she wouldn't consider the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s lawsuit challenging the city of Pittsburgh’s bid to end its tax-exempt status until after a state court rules on the dispute.
