Judge Extends Restraining Order on Generic Wellbutrin

Law360 (December 1, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Eon Labs said a temporary restraining order preventing it from selling its generic version of the GlaxoSmithKline antidepressant drug Wellbutrin has been extended to Dec. 9.

Last week, a U.S. judge entered an order which prevented Eon from offering for sale or selling 100 mg tablets of its generic Wellbutrin (bupropion HC1) until noon on Monday, Dec. 1.
