Pa. Health Systems Settle AG's Antitrust Suit Over Merger

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 10:46 PM EDT) -- Geisinger Health System Foundation on Monday settled an antitrust lawsuit brought by Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane alleging the nonprofit health care provider’s acquisition of Lewiston Health Care Foundation would eliminate competition for health care services in central Pennsylvania.
