Activists Battle Fla. Over Medical Marijuana Ballot Language

Law360, Miami (December 5, 2013, 3:12 PM EST) -- Advocates for a medical marijuana amendment to the Florida constitution made their case before the state's highest court on Thursday for their proposed ballot initiative, arguing the language clearly makes their case to voters that the proposal would limit marijuana use to legitimate medical reasons.
