Enviros Sue Army Corps Over 150-MW Maine Wind Project

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 2:01 PM EDT) -- A planned 150-megawatt wind project in Maine was hit on Tuesday with a challenge by environmental groups arguing that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers violated the Clean Water Act in granting the permit for the 50-turbine project.
