Fed. Circ. Rules Refrigerated Truck Patent Claims Invalid

Law360, Los Angeles (October 30, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday ruled that certain claims of FG Products Inc.'s patent for partitioning cargo areas in a refrigerated truck are invalid as obvious, saying the claimed invention is merely a combination of various prior art references.
