DC Circ. Fast-Tracks EPA Renewable Fuel Levels Challenges

Circuit on Tuesday fast-tracked industry challenges to the amount of renewable fuels the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says must be added to the U.S. fuel supply in 2013, the latest salvo in the petroleum industry's battle against the agency's controversial renewable fuel program.
