Peabody Coal Mine Expansion Dealt Setback By Enviro Group

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Environmental group WildEarth Guardians scored a win Wednesday in its battle against Peabody Energy Inc.’s plan to expand the largest coal mine in New Mexico, getting a U.S. Department of the Interior decision granting a lease to Peabody set aside.
