6th Circ. Won't Hear Appeal Of Darvocet Suit Remand

Law360, Chicago (October 30, 2013, 8:42 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday refused to hear an appeal of a decision remanding to state court one of many suits alleging McKesson Corp. and others didn’t properly warn consumers of the risks of painkillers like Darvocet, finding the Class Action Fairness Act issue raised by the defendants has been resolved by another circuit.
