Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 2:59 PM EDT) -- In a highly anticipated move, lawmakers from both houses of Congress on Thursday unveiled a bipartisan plan for scrapping Medicare’s deeply unpopular physician payment formula and replacing the so-called sustainable growth rate with a reimbursement system tied to treatment quality.
