HHS Blasts Catholic Diocese Contraception Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services struck back at a Catholic diocese's lawsuit over the Affordable Care Act's requiring insurance coverage for contraception, saying in Pennsylvania district court Tuesday that the diocese is challenging the very accommodations made to protect religious organizations' rights.
