NYC Bar OKs Of Counsel Title For NY-Licensed Attys Abroad

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 3:03 PM EDT) -- The New York City Bar Association’s committee on professional ethics issued an opinion Thursday that New York law firms can designate licensed state lawyers practicing abroad as of counsel if they have a continuing relationship with the firm and meet other conditions.
