Enova Energy Accused Of Owing $1.5M On Power Plant Deal

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Enova Energy Holdings LLC and its affiliates were hit with a breach of contract suit Thursday in Florida federal court over an unpaid balance of $1.45 million on a Florida-based company’s sale of its interest in power plants.

According to the complaint, Enova and its affiliates agreed in 2011 to pay LJM of Florida LLC $3.35 million for its interest in Liberty Renewable Energy LLC, which included a Plainfield, Conn., power plant. Enova was Liberty’s managing member, the suit says.
