Supreme Court Asked To Take Up Lupron Labeling Suit

Law360, Chicago (November 1, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A Nevada woman on Thursday petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court for a new trial in her suit accusing TAP Pharmaceutical Products Inc. and Abbott Laboratories of failing to warn her about the risks of their drug Lupron, claiming a federal judge was biased against her and excluded important evidence.
