Corbett Dismissed As Defendant In Pa. Gay Marriage Row

Law360, Philadelphia (November 4, 2013, 6:51 PM EST) -- A group of same-sex couples challenging a Pennsylvania law defining marriage as between one man and one woman agreed Friday to drop Gov. Tom Corbett as a defendant and to replace him with the head of the state’s Department of Revenue in light of the tax implications at play.
