Atty's Suspension Leads To Mistrial In Pa. Slip And Fall

Law360, Philadelphia (November 4, 2013, 6:27 PM EST) -- A multimillion dollar slip-and-fall case ended in a mistrial last week in Pennsylvania state court after the judge discovered that the attorney for the plaintiffs had been suspended by the state’s high court because of his failure to renew his law license.
