Fed. Circ. Nixes Injunction On J&J Rival's Glucose Strips

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 4:25 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday reversed a district court order that granted a preliminary injunction on the sale of glucose test strips that compete with those of a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, ruling that the patent in the suit applies to the glucose meter rather than the strips themselves.
