ACA Marketplace Still Needs Hundreds Of Fixes, Sebelius Says

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 3:02 PM EST) -- U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius on Wednesday told a U.S. Senate panel that hundreds of technical problems still must be addressed in the Affordable Care Act’s online insurance marketplace but rejected calls to delay implementation until wrinkles are ironed out.
