EPA Methane Rule Not Yet In Cards, Senate Panel Told

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 6:57 PM EST) -- A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency official on Tuesday touted the benefits of new emissions standards for oil and gas operations in the battle against fugitive methane emissions to a Senate environmental panel, but wouldn't say if the agency was ready to directly regulate methane emissions from wells.
