Okla. Utility Seeks Toss Of Sierra Club's CAA Suit

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 12:53 PM EST) -- Oklahoma Gas & Electric Co. urged a federal judge Monday to toss a suit by the Sierra Club accusing the utility of unlawfully modifying a unit at one of its coal-fired power plants without a permit in violation of the Clean Air Act, saying the environmental group's claims are untimely and unsupported.
